These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of naturescapesunlimited.com (the “Site”) and the landscaping services provided by NatureScapes Unlimited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Bel Air, MD 21034. By using the Site or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of This Website

This website is provided to share information about our landscaping services and to let visitors request estimates. Content on this site is for general informational purposes and does not guarantee specific pricing, availability, or outcomes until confirmed directly with our team.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or misleading information through our contact forms.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates requested through this website are free and non-binding until agreed to in writing or in person. A written estimate describes the scope of work, materials and price for the services listed. Work outside that scope, or changes you request after work begins, may be quoted separately.

Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of the site visit. Hidden conditions such as buried debris, poor drainage or unstable soil may require a change to the scope or price, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Scheduling & Weather

We schedule work in good faith based on the season, crew availability and weather. Landscaping is weather-dependent: rain, frost, extreme heat or unsafe ground conditions may delay a visit or project. When that happens we will let you know as early as we can and reschedule at the next available opportunity.

Property Access & Site Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas of the property where work will be performed, including unlocking gates and securing pets during scheduled visits. Before any digging, we contact Miss Utility (811) to have public underground utilities marked.

You are responsible for telling us about private lines that 811 does not mark — such as irrigation systems, landscape lighting, invisible pet fences, septic systems and private drain lines — and for identifying property boundaries before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit required for larger projects, are stated on your written estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Recurring maintenance is billed as described in your service agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a maintenance visit or project by contacting us as early as possible. Materials that have already been ordered or delivered specifically for your job, such as mulch, may be non-refundable. We may also cancel or reschedule for weather, safety or crew availability, and will notify you promptly when that happens.

Workmanship & Plant Material

We stand behind our workmanship and will correct defects in our work that are brought to our attention within a reasonable time after completion. Plants are living material: their health depends on watering, weather, soil and care between visits, so plant survival is not guaranteed unless a written warranty is included in your estimate. Any warranty on manufactured materials is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care on every property. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for damage caused by conditions we were not told about (including unmarked private utilities), or for outcomes resulting from reliance on website content alone.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions.

Intellectual Property

The content, images, and design of this website are the property of NatureScapes Unlimited and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as mapping or review services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from our services will be handled in the courts of the State of Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
